Since products are only printed once ordered, we don't accept exchange.

which must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received (we suggest to contact us before returning any products). If not reported, we will not issue credit. Always include a photo of the misprinted error. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact Yuppie Buy as soon as possible (yuppibuy@gmail.com).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Always remember to include a photo of the damage item.

In addition, please make sure to specify order number(s) with your return so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All returns(damage) must be unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from make up, deodorant,...), and still have the original tags attached.
